Terms and Conditions

1. The reservation will be held on a tentative basis and confirmed upon receipt of the completed booking information and a one  (1) night's  non-refundable deposit.   
2. We will transfer your deposit to a future stay.  We will certainly work with you to achieve your vacation plans. 
3. The balance of your stay will be paid on arrival in cash or travelers' checks.  We do not accept credit cards at the villa at this time. 
4. No pets are allowed at the Villa
5. The owners do not accept any responsibility whatsoever for death, personal injury, accidents, loss or damage to persons or personal effects.
6. In addition, the owners do not accept any responsibility for loss, damage or changes as a result of strikes, floods, airport closures, weather conditions or other factors beyond our control.
7. The owners WILL NOT dispense any medications of ANY KIND.  A doctor is on call should the need arise.
8. Insurance:  Guests are advised to ensure they have adequate holiday insurance to cover such eventualities such as cancellation, accident, sickness, death and damage.
9. There is no smoking within the Villa.
10. No illegal drugs or soliciting.
11. Maximum number of guests:  9 main house, 3 in each apartment.
12. Secure parking of up to three (3) rental cars is available.
13. The management has the right to evict any guest for behavior that is unsuitable or illegal.
14. Laundry service can be provided on request and additional fee.
15. Wireless internet is provided with your own lap top. 
16. Use of the Villa’s computer can be organized at an additional fee.
17. Cell phone rental available.  Purchase prepaid phone cards during your stay.
18. Roundtrip transportation can be arranged from Montego Bay or Kingston airports, locally to St. Ann’s Bay, Runaway Bay or downtown Ocho Rios or for a day of sightseeing.  Ask us for the current rate schedules.
19. Need a driver?  Ask us for our half-day and full-day rate schedules.
20. The services of a chef are provided.
