About Our Villa

In the greater Ocho Rios area, on a hillside overlooking the ocean, you will find Villa LouJo. Sit on the balcony enjoying the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. A short walk from the Villa is Priory Beach. In minutes you can be walking up the world famous Dunn's River Falls, visit Mystic Mountain and Dolphin Cove. A short ride takes you to downtown Ocho Rios for shopping, restaurants and entertainment.


There are three large, airy bedrooms with 16 foot cathedral ceilings, large full private bathroom, ceiling fans, air-conditioning, locked drawer to secure valuables, cable and DVD players. Two bedrooms have queen sized beds and one has twin beds. There is an additional 1 bedroom apartment.

After a hectic day of sightseeing and beaching, retreat to your Villa for cocktails on the balcony, a late evening dinner and swim in the pool or just sit back, relax and watch a movie on the balcony. This is a great location for an intimate wedding ceremony or reception. Celebrate your birthday, family reunion or anniversary with live entertainment or disco music.

Continental breakfast, lunches or dinners on the balcony or formal seated dinners can be provided on request. Ask us for our meal plan rates or simply organize your Villa Meals on arrival.

 

There is an onsite manager, maintenance and 24-hour security for your convenience and to address any matters that may arise.

My recent stay in Jamaica
My friend and I traveled to Jamaica the summer of last year. First let me say that I have traveled to Jamaica before and have usually stayed at large chain resorts or hotels. However, none compared to the experience we had at the Villa Loujo. Upon arrival we knew we had made the right decision. The rooms had beautiful furniture (new and clean) nice bathrooms with hot water, great air conditioning and Great Ocean views with different plant life as a back drop. We were only minutes away from most of the famous beaches and amusement facilities. It was only a short walk to take in some sightseeing and right around the corner via a quick cab ride was the famous Dunn's River falls and Dolphin Cove (all we could say is WOW).
It was difficult at times to leave and go sightseeing with the luxury of having your own pool to swim in, so at times we just stayed at the villa instead of going to the beach. AT no time did we feel unsafe because security was always on hand if required.
All in all we enjoyed our stay and would like to take this opportunity to say thanks and we will be returning. We look forward to another great vacation.

Looking for a quiet, secure and affordable place to stay in Jamaica.  Let me tell you that Villa Loujo is the place for you.  Lovely rooms, pool and gardens - it’s your home away from home.  You know how you see the pictures and the place is not like that! Villa Loujo- what you see is what you get!  Would recommend this for couples and families.

Dear All

My family and I stayed at Louis & Josie place in August and we had a wonderful time. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. While there, we visited Dunn's River Falls & Mystic Mountain AND that was like adding icing to the cake. Priory Beach is at the foot of the street across the road where you can find night life and food. The house overlooks the ocean on one side and lots of greenery on the other side.

On our Jamaica trips we usually visit Kingston, Mandeville, St Elizabeth and Mo Bay. My family enjoyed Villa LouJo so much that we vowed to make Ocho Rios a part of our Jamaican vacation every time.

It's really a cool place to stay. Ask someone who's been there AND done that!
