Places To Go

Opened in February 2002, Margaritaville Ocho Rios was formally christened by Jimmy himself when he and his band staged a beachside concert in front of an audience of loyal parrot heads, tourists and Jamaicans. At 12,000 square feet and seating 450 people, this location is in prime position on the beach at the Island Village shopping and entertainment complex, just steps away from the cruise ship pier.

Hard Rock Cafe is jammin' and rockin' in Jamaica! Steps from the cruise ship dock, Hard Rock Cafe Ocho Rios is located in the heart of the Ocho Rios shopping District in the famed Taj Mahal shopping plaza.  Near local craft markets, attractions, and duty free shops, the new two-story, 10,500-square-feet Ocho Rios cafe includes a 180-seat restaurant, a live music stage, and a Rock Shop offering collectible items that occupy the entire first floor. Rare memorabilia adorns the walls including photos of Prince and the original lyrics for “Jammin'” handwritten by Bob Marley. Added to the mix are priceless items from rock legends Led Zeppelin and George Clinton’s funk band, Parliament.

Dunn’s River Falls is a truly outstanding treasure offering 600 feet of climbing pleasure for thousands of visitors and locals every year. It is safe to say that Dunn's River Falls is only one of its kind. It is depicted as an emergent place to experience. The falls constantly rejuvenates itself from pieces of travertine rock. This causes precipitation which in turn brings about calcium carbonate from the river, as it streams over the falls. The miniature dome-shaped waterfalls are generally connected to hot spring movement found in the limestone caves. This, combined with where the fall is located, gives Dunn's River the diversity of being the only one of its kind in the Caribbean.

Swim with dolphins, swim with the sharks, interact with stingrays (barbs clipped), captain your own mini-boat or go glass-bottom kayaking on the Caribbean Sea.  Enjoy a splash in the turquoise waters or relax on the pearly white beach. Imagine an idyllic tropical retreat, set against the backdrop of Jamaica’s picturesque North Coast, where the opportunity awaits for you to meet and swim with a family of bottlenose dolphins at their home in the Caribbean Sea at Dolphin Cove..
